What???
So… I have been riding aggressively for the past 8 months. I’ve managed to improve my cycling considerably. Even though my actual training camp for IM WI hasn’t officially started, I decided to start short runs. So how does it feel? Oh my word… my legs are so sore. For those of you who think cycling fitness and running fitness are the same, I got news for you. They are not. Guess I have some work to do.. ;)
