A quick update. I am not going to race the Rock & Roll Marathon in Jan. I have encountered some exciting business developments which require certain commitments from me at this time which preclude training for a Marathon. Additionally, I am more focused on getting prepared for IMCDA. Upon completion of my two business projects, I will once again full time training for an Ironman. So for now, you see music and other rants. Cheers.
